About me
Hospitality without genuine passion and a true connection with people is nothing more than an empty phrase.
Hi, my name is Daniel Gajo, and I am the person behind everything Gypsy’s represents. I have been connected with the bartending industry for nearly 15 years, building my experience from a barback position all the way to becoming a bar manager in some of Kraków’s most iconic venues, including Z Ust do Ust and Mercy Brown. I have also developed my understanding of global hospitality standards and the latest HoReCa trends while working in marketing for Coca-Cola.
Today, Gypsy’s is more than just me. It is a carefully selected collective of talented bartenders who share my passion and deliver an uncompromising level of service. We bring the culture of a true cocktail bar beyond its walls. No artificial syrups, no shortcuts just a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere and an experience your guests will remember for years to come.

Highly recommend Gypsy's for your wedding! They are the best of the best - friendly, funny, professional, and incredibly talented. Our wedding was 100% in English, and Daniel and Bartek were fantastic throughout. One thing that really stood out was how thoughtful they were with every guest. My dad (father of the bride) never usually goes near a bar since he doesn't drink, but they made him a mocktail he loved so much that I saw him go back for at least three more. We had Gypsy’s Cocktails at our wedding, and everything was absolutely perfect. The cocktails were amazing, and all our guests loved them. The service was excellent throughout the entire evening. We chose the Fundamental package, which included a great variety of cocktails and more than enough options for the whole party. For a small additional fee, they also agreed to extend the service by one hour, which meant our guests could enjoy unlimited cocktails until the wedding was truly over. They also offered a wide selection of mocktails, which was greatly appreciated by many of our guests. Our wedding was quite international, with many guests coming from outside Poland. The bartenders spoke excellent English and even some Spanish with our guests, which made everyone feel very welcome and was a really nice touch. The bartenders were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. They also helped us a lot with the organisation of the bar in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Communication was always fast, easy, and clear. We totally recommend Gypsy’s Cocktails to anyone who wants to make their party truly special!

One of the best supplier at our wedding! We were treated like a king and queen and true professionalism was seen at every single moment and detail. Thier drinks were delicious, but it was the manners, design of the stand, contact before and after the wedding that made them stand apart.
